What We Do
Whether you need metal stock, a part recreated from a sample, a CAD model, or a custom-fabrication quote, tell us what you are trying to accomplish. We will review your requirements and clarify scope, deliverables, availability, and pricing.

METAL SUPPLY & CNC
Metal Supply & Precision Cutting
Request common metal shapes and stock for equipment, repairs, construction, and custom manufacturing. Share the grade, thickness, dimensions, quantity, and cut requirements so the request can be reviewed.
Plate, sheet, beams, tubing, angle, channel, and flat bar
Cut-to-size and CNC cutting inquiries
Material availability and delivery reviewed per request
Describe the part or assembly you need built. Sketches, photos, dimensions, intended use, material preferences, and any required specifications help define the project before pricing.
Have an existing component without drawings? Request a review for scanning and reverse engineering to capture its geometry and develop a digital reference for inspection, redesign, or reproduction.
Existing parts, machine components, and assemblies
Point-cloud or mesh deliverables, when agreed
Scan-to-CAD reconstruction scope reviewed per part
Turn an idea, sketch, set of dimensions, or reference part into a structured digital design. Tell us the intended use and which drawings or model formats your project needs.
3D parts and assembly models
Dimensioned 2D technical and fabrication drawings
Scan-to-CAD and existing-model modification inquiries
Choose the process that fits your part. Plasma is for electrically conductive metals; the CNC router is for wood, plastics, foam, and selected light-duty routing applications. Send your material, thickness, dimensions, and quantity so EMS can review the job.

CNC PLASMA CUTTING
Cut Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminum
Request CNC plasma-cut profiles and parts from conductive metal sheet or plate. EMS can review jobs up to 1 inch thick, with final suitability depending on the metal type, cut quality required, part geometry, and machine setup.
Carbon / mild steel
Stainless steel
Aluminum
2D profiles, brackets, plates, and custom shapes
Include material type, thickness, dimensions, quantity, and a DXF or other drawing if available. Maximum practical thickness and cut quality are confirmed for each job.
Our CNC router setup uses a Makita RT0701CR 1-1/4 peak HP compact router. It is intended for non-ferrous, non-metal routing work—not steel or stainless-steel cutting.
Wood: softwood, hardwood, plywood, MDF, particleboard, and laminate
Plastics: acrylic, HDPE / UHMW, ABS, PVC, polypropylene, and polycarbonate—subject to grade and tooling
Foam: EPS/XPS and suitable rigid modeling foams or boards
Thin aluminum: considered only after review of thickness, rigidity, tooling, and cut strategy
Router tooling and dust collection are selected according to the job requirements. EMS reviews material, thickness, and project details before confirming routing suitability.
Material compatibility depends on the exact material grade, cutter, toolpath, workholding, dust/chip control, and machine setup. Unknown materials and aluminum jobs are reviewed before acceptance.

From part to data to design
Give an existing part a digital starting point.
EMS accepts inquiries for industrial 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and CAD design. We can review your part, what information you already have, and what you need to do with the final files before defining a quote.
Required accuracy, equipment suitability, file formats, and deliverables are confirmed during project review. Do not assume inspection certification or a particular tolerance unless agreed in writing.
A straightforward process
How a project moves forward
Start with the information you have. If you do not know every technical detail yet, submit what you can and EMS can review the next questions with you.
STEP 01
Tell us the goal
Choose a service and describe the part, material, problem, or finished result you need.
STEP 02
Share reference details
Provide dimensions, photos, sketches, drawings, or the desired digital file formats.
STEP 03
Review scope and quote
EMS reviews the requirements and confirms pricing, schedule, deliverables, and any limitations before work begins.
Material catalog & order request
Shop Metal by Shape, Size & Length
Choose from the available material, size, thickness, and length options, then add items to your order request. Actual grade, stock length, availability, and pricing must be confirmed by EMS before an order is accepted.
Build Your Material Order Request
Add one or more line items. No payment is taken on this page; EMS must confirm the order, final price, freight, taxes, and availability.
Your order request is empty.
This creates a downloadable order request for you to send to EMS. It does not submit the order online, reserve inventory, charge payment, or guarantee a price. To complete the purchase, contact EMS at 620-541-1775 or 620-641-4999, or email ems.metalsolutions@gmail.com.
